Kirk Mueller - Division Manager
Kirk Mueller grew up in contracting working with his father from a young age in the Coachella Valley. He attended UCSB and graduated with an Environmental Studies Degree. After living abroad in Thailand and Spain he came back to the states and began his work in the solar industry. Wanting to learn all facets of the solar industry he started on the roof as a crew lead, physically installing systems and connecting them to the grid. After 3+ years of running installs of all sizes he moved into a Project Manager/Design role. His technical knowledge of how systems are constructed allows him to design custom solutions for all of his clients with functionality and aesthetics at the top of the list.
Sendi Hernandez - Administrative Assistant
Sendi is Action Energy’s administrative assistant. She was born in Mexico, but became a Santa Barbara local early on, growing up and residing in beautiful Santa Barbara for about 24 years now. Sendi joined the Action Roofing team in 2014 and transitioned over to Action Energy in 2019. With an eye for detail and a cheerful personality, Sendi keeps Action Energy running smoothly and the clients happy. Her love for the job is apparent through her positive attitude and hard work ethic, she loves her co-workers, and making our clients happy. As a loving mother of two young boys, Sendi does it all as a dedicated mother.
